Usage guide
how to order
On the desired product page, select the required items such as product size and quantity and click "Add to Cart".
When you go to the "Items in Cart" page, check that the ordered products are displayed correctly and then "Proceed to checkout."
If you are a member, enter your email address and password and click Member Login.
If you are new or have not yet registered, please proceed to "Create an Account" and register.
Go to the "Shipping Address" page and enter your shipping address. Please check "Delivery method" and proceed to "Payment" to select your payment method.
If the delivery address and the orderer are different, please enter the orderer's information.
Go to the "Order Details" page, confirm the details, and click "Confirm Order" or "Pay Now".
Your order will be completed by following the steps above. Once your order has been completed, we will send an email to the email address you registered to inform you that your order has been confirmed.
About reserved products
If the product name says [Pre-order item], it will take some time for the product to be delivered.
The delivery time is stated on the product page, so please be sure to check it before purchasing.
*Products not listed as [Pre-order items] are regular sale items.
Confirm order details
Once your order is successfully completed, you will receive an order completion email.
If you do not receive an order completion email, please check the following.
・E-mail address input incorrectly ・Reception rejection setting and domain specification
You can check your order details by logging in from the "Account" page ( https://store.class-earth.com/account/login ).
<Apparel products> About numbers
All CLASS EARTH products are assigned a number.
After receiving your order, we will embroidery a number on the tag and deliver it to you.
By adding a number, it becomes a one-of-a-kind product just for you.
When ordering, we accept your request for a number to be embroidered.
Please enter your desired serial number on the order screen, but since this is a unique serial number, we may not be able to accommodate your request if the serial number is already occupied.
In that case, please contact customer support and ask for the other desired number.
About payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
*The total price includes consumption tax (10% of the product price).
■Credit card payment
Payment period : Payment will be completed at the time of ordering.
Acceptable cards : VISA, MASTER, JCB, American Express
[Notes]
●In the following cases, we may not be able to process credit card payments, so please check in advance.
・There is an error in the input of the card number, card holder name, or security code. ・The card's expiration date has passed (Please note the order in which you enter the year and month of the expiration date)
・Using a credit card issued overseas
● In order to ensure security, our shop does not manage customers' credit card information, but instead manages it at a payment agency.
● "CLASS EARTH" or "Class Earth" will be written on the bill from your credit card company.
● Debit cards and prepaid cards cannot be used.
● To prevent fraudulent credit card use, if the card holder name and the orderer's name are different, we may ask you to confirm your identity. If we cannot verify your identity, we may cancel your order. Please note.
About receipts
Receipts issued by our shop will be issued in PDF format.
If you would like a receipt, please write your request in the order notes section or contact CLASS EARTH customer support ( contact@class-earth.com ).
About delivery
■Shipping fee
Shipping costs are included in the product price.
■Delivery days
Pre-ordered products : Products will be shipped sequentially from the delivery time stated on the pre-ordered product page.
Apparel products : Products will be shipped within one month from the date of order. (Excluding year-end and New Year holidays, long holidays, and Golden Week period)
Other products : Products will be shipped within 10 business days from the date of order. (Excluding year-end and New Year holidays, long holidays, and Golden Week period)
■Re-delivery of products in case of long-term absence
In the unlikely event that you are not home when the product is delivered, please check the "package number" provided in the shipping email and contact the delivery company office listed on the delivery note directly within 6 days.

Please note this in the notes section when ordering.
CLASS EARTH's products are embroidered one by one after you place your order, and the completed product is sent to you as a unique product.
We may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the product, production status, and delivery congestion. In that case, we will discuss your desired delivery date with you. Thank you for your understanding.
<Other products>
We do not accept requests for delivery dates. Thank you for your understanding.
Regarding exchanges, returns, and order cancellations
■Exchange due to product difference or defective product
In the unlikely event that there is a defect in the delivered product, we will exchange or return it, so please fill out the following information to CLASS EARTH customer support ( contact@class-earth.com ) within 7 days of receiving the product. Please contact me.
・Order number (You can check it in your order completion email or on your account page.)
・Name, email address, product name and number
Our shop support center will then contact you with instructions on how to return the product.
As a general rule, we will respond using one of the following methods.
・We will ship the replacement item from our shop, and pick up the returned item as soon as it arrives. ・Please return the returned item to our shop by cash on delivery (please return it using a method with a tracking number).
Please be sure to return the product using the method provided by the support center.
If you return an item without contacting us or if you return it using a different method, it may take longer than usual to process your return or exchange.
We may not be able to accept exchanges due to circumstances such as out of stock or product defects.
Please note that in that case, we will issue a refund.
Returns/exchanges due to customer convenience
As a general rule, we do not accept returns due to customer's convenience.
Depending on the content, we may be able to make adjustments or support. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact CLASS EARTH customer support ( contact@class-earth.com ).

We do not accept cancellations due to customer convenience.
We may be able to accommodate changes such as delivery date changes or product changes.

About wrapping and gift support
■<Apparel products>About gift boxes
All products in our shop are delivered in special boxes.
This is a special box that can be used as a gift.
If you do not need a special box, such as for home use, please select "No special box required" when ordering .
We will ship the item without a special box, and we will donate 2,000 yen towards the cost of the box to an affiliated environmental protection organization.
■ <Apparel products> About message cards
You can also use message cards made from FSC-certified paper that can be engraved with your favorite text. Please select it when ordering.
You can also include a gift card or letter prepared by yourself.
