If there is a delay due to bad weather, delivery company circumstances, or any other reason, we will notify you by email.

■Return deadline/procedure
・About returns and refunds due to defects in our shop
In the event that a defect occurs due to our shop's negligence, such as damage to the product, we will exchange the item if we have a replacement, or return the item (refund) if we do not have a replacement.
The procedure is as follows.
(1) Please contact CLASS EARTH customer support ( contact@class-earth.com ) by email with the following information within one week of receiving the product.
Name, address, telephone number, email address, product name, number of products, reason for exchange or return, order number (*Indicated in the order confirmation email sent from our shop after placing your order)
(2) Customer support will get back to you with instructions on how to return the product.
*Regarding the return procedure, in principle we will respond using one of the methods below, but this may vary depending on the customer's situation and product. Please follow the instructions from support.
・We will ship the replacement item from our shop and pick up the returned item upon arrival. ・Please send the returned item back to our shop by cash on delivery.
*Please be sure to return the product using the method provided by customer support. If we do not contact you in advance, we may not be able to process your return or exchange smoothly.
*If you are returning the item by cash on delivery, please send it back using a method that allows you to check the tracking number.
